Helping rural women navigate entrepreneurship and business through better management, systems and community.

Building a business while juggling life is hard. We’re all learning as we go, making friends with the Google search bar for what seems like an endless list of questions we don’t know the answer to.

Coalesce makes the process a little easier.

We’re here to cheer you on during a hard day, help you troubleshoot a problem, or push you through your own mind blocks.

This is your safe space.

If Coalesce were a person, we’d call her Jill.

A Jill of All Trades, that is.

Not just a blog. Not just a podcast. Not just an online course. Not just a community.

All of that – and so much more.

The resources you need, when you need them, to build the business you dream of.

Across all the elements of Coalesce, we root ourselves in the three ingredients of success:

Systems. Strategy. Implementation.

The systems that make things flow more smoothly.

The strategy that brings focus and vision to your work.

And the implementation – the action – that creates impact.

Stacie’s project management course has given me the tools I need to have peace-of-mind when I sign off at the end of each day. Establishing clear processes and tasks allows me to know where I stand on all my projects, deliverables and commitments. For me, it was a matter of not knowing exactly where to start – and now I have all the tools I need to be productive during working hours and unplug at the end of the day.

Stacie McCracken [Founder]

Stacie McCracken is a wife, mother, and agency owner. Her professional life has been focused on inspiring creativity, executing visions, and enhancing communications strategies for agricultural organizations on a state and national level.

Stacie started McCracken Co. to build a better agency; one that would serve the needs of farm families, just like hers, by delivering communications strategy and execution, backed by real agricultural industry understanding, while also providing a more effective and sustainable work environment for the industry’s most talented communicators.

She feels free to dream big dreams knowing her roots will always keep her tethered to values she holds dear: faith, family, agriculture, and community.

Having Stacie teach my team how to use [the project management system] Asana has been a game changer for our office! Running four county Farm Bureaus means we have a lot of projects going on at the same time and I am not always in the office due to meetings. Asana allows us to communicate effectively and keeps everyone on that same page of who is doing what tasks. Stacie’s expertise took my program planning to the next level and created less stress for my team.
