I’m a mom, wife, and business owner.
I had the “dream job”. But when we started our family, I wanted flexibility. I wanted to keep my big city job feel, but I also wanted to be minutes away from our family and our farm. I wanted the challenge and the excitement and the connection of the job I loved, but I didn’t want to sacrifice my family to chase my dreams.
It took a lot of courage (and it felt like a huge risk), but I decided to start my own business. I started from zero and built a marketing and communications business that serves the industry I love and we’ve done it while creating a sustainable work environment for other amazing marketers and communicators who found themselves in the exact same position I did.
There have been a lot of bumps along the way, but I’m loving the life I am building, and I want to help others build their dream business too.
That’s why I decided to create Coalesce. To build a community for us, where we can share with each other and collaborate. Because – whatever your dream, wherever you are in the process – you, too, can grow a successful business and you don’t have to learn the hard way.
